A visionary leader, she has driven transformative change through innovative strategies and a commitment to equity and inclusion. Her expertise includes forging strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and effective board governance.

Harj's educational background includes studies in Leadership from Royal Roads University, Non-profit Management & Public Relations from Mount Royal University, and Communications, Social Media Design & Production from SAIT, along with specialized training in Anti-Racism and Equity. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and curling up with a good book.
