Welcome to Spark Creative Solutions. We work with associations, nonprofits, and small organizations to strengthen governance, improve operations, and move important work forward, rooted in integrity, creativity, excellence, and inclusive practice.

Founded by Harj Baumann, Spark brings over a decade of experience strengthening governance and operations across Alberta. We partner with boards and leaders to improve decision-making, strengthen how work gets done, and build sustainable progress that fits real organizational capacity.

Our services include association management, governance and board work, operational improvement, project and administrative services, leadership and team development, and brand support when needed.

We also offer the Clarity and Direction Sprint, a focused, confidential engagement for leaders carrying complex decisions.
