The Sprint creates protected space to slow things down, surface what matters most, and work toward a clear, considered direction. It is practical, confidential, and grounded in the real organizational context leaders are navigating.

  • a decision feels stuck or unresolved

  • timing or pressure makes prolonged engagement impractical

  • there are competing priorities or sensitive dynamics

  • clarity is needed before next steps can be taken
